I'm here from Fuzzpile #5 too. Your music is really unusual and I really love it. As Brad said, every listen is a good time. He's right.
Just goes to show that good music CAN come from the south of England too. (I'm just up the road in Wiltshire.)
This is a tardy visit to the fuzzpile recommendation. Differentstars sent me over here again. I've had your uploads on continuous play for the last couple of hours and find your songs are a great listen anytime - for a concentrated listen as well as for background. IMHO this is more than "shoe-gaze", but, still, mellow.
Fuzzpile time - I love your music, added you a while back thanks to Ms. Different Stars introducing me to your music... every listen is a good time... cheers,
I love hearing music that deals with lots of different sounds. "Oh Silver Sea" is genious! It places the listener directly on the landscape. I also love the track "Waiting For The Tide." Very impressive and glad you were on the Fuzzpile #5!
Man, back for more... this is like audio-valuum.. I love it. Voice like butter that relates to the mood of flowing melodies so nicely... awesome production too! best wishes to all of you... peace,
I really dig "Waiting For The Tide"! Love the voice-like keys or synths going on and the slide guitar. Great laid back vibe throughout. I'm glad I saw D.S.'s post about your band, or I might not have listened to you music quite as soon.. Great sounds! Keep em coming... (wow now I'm listening to "Sunbeam", sounds like I'm at a campfire... awesome!)
DifferentStars sent me over here. I took a took quick listen and book-marked your stuff for further appreciation later. My first impression is that your songs represent a fusion between Brit Rock and Dream Pop {I really am trying to internalize in my minds-ear what these terms mean myself and maybe you can help me). Whatever the case, your works appears to be accessible to a broad base of listeners - the key is, of course, the something "extra" which you may well have. Cheers.
